Yazeed Haddadin is a Resident Physician at Al-Basheer Hospital in Amman, Jordan, with hands-on clinical experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions. His training includes performing minor surgical procedures such as pilonidal sinus (PNS) surgery, wound suturing, Foley’s catheterization, and conducting thorough physical examinations. He is experienced in administering medications via topical, oral, and intravenous routes. He successfully completed the Jordanian Medical Council examination, achieving a top-10 ranking. Alongside his clinical work, Yazeed Haddadin is actively involved in medical education and writing. Since January 2023, he has worked as a Medical Content Writer for Noor News in Amman, producing accurate, evidence-based medical articles for healthcare professionals, patients, and the general public. His responsibilities include comprehensive medical research, adherence to clinical guidelines, and editorial quality control. He also serves as a Medical Writing Assistant, collaborating with a Pediatric Consultant to compile, summarize, and edit pediatric textbooks for medical students. Additionally, he works as an online tutor, supporting students in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Pediatrics, Physiology, and Surgery. Yazeed Haddadin has demonstrated strong leadership and organizational skills through his service in the Jordanian Students’ Union in Moscow, Russia, where he held the positions of President (2019–2020), Vice President (2018–2019), and Culture Officer (2016–2017). These roles strengthened his leadership, communication, and cross-cultural collaboration skills. Reference: Variation in the Branching Pattern of the Brachial Plexus: Implications for Surgery and Anesthesia The brachial plexus is a complex network of nerves critical for upper limb function, and its anatomical variations have significant clinical implications for surgery and regional anesthesia. This study aimed to investigate the branching patterns of the brachial plexus in a cohort of cadaveric specimens and identify variations that may affect clinical practice. Using detailed dissection techniques, we examined 25 cadaveric upper limbs, documenting deviations from the classical brachial plexus anatomy. Our findings revealed that 36% of specimens exhibited variations in the branching of the lateral cord, while 12% showed unusual connections between the medial and lateral cords. These variations may increase the risk of nerve injury during surgical procedures and influence the success of regional anesthetic blocks. Understanding such anatomical differences is crucial for surgeons, anesthesiologists, and anatomists, highlighting the need for individualized approaches in clinical practice. This study contributes to the growing body of knowledge on anatomical variability and its direct implications for patient care.
