P. S. L. Narasimharao Davuluri is a technology entrepreneur and RegTech innovator specializing in real-time financial crime compliance systems built for global scale. His work sits at the intersection of cloud-native engineering, event-driven architecture, and artificial intelligence, with a mission to modernize how financial institutions detect, monitor, and prevent regulatory risk. He focuses on designing high-throughput, low-latency sanctions screening platforms capable of processing massive volumes of financial transactions while maintaining strict regulatory accuracy, auditability, and operational resilience. A key part of his leadership has been guiding the transformation of legacy batch-based compliance infrastructures into real-time, streaming-first ecosystems. FinOps Strategies for AI-Enabled Real-Time Compliance Platforms in CloudNative Environments This study investigates FinOps strategies for AI-enabled real-time compliance platforms in cloud-native environments. It begins with an analysis of FinOps foundations, covering essential principles, and continues by examining AI-enabled compliance concepts and requirements. Next it identifies architectural requirements, focusing on data mesh, observability, policy as code, and continuous compliance. Cost management and optimization strategies follow, addressing resource profiling for real-time AI workloads, billing-aware scheduling and autoscaling, and payment schemes for third-party compliance services. Finally, security, privacy, and regulatory aspects are explored, covering data residency and encryption, compliance-driven access controls and auditing.
