Chelsea Perino is an independent consultant specializing in business strategy, transformation, and branding. A strategic transformation and communications leader, she brings deep experience in uniting customer experience, commercial strategy, and marketing under one integrated and impactful vision. Chelsea has a proven track record of designing and executing strategies that align customer experience, commercial value, and organizational culture across diverse APAC and global markets. Previously the Managing Director of Global Marketing and Communications for The Executive Centre, Chelsea built the company’s marketing department and full brand strategy from the ground up, driving growth across 35 cities in the Asia-Pacific region. Her expertise lies in developing high-performing teams, leading complex change programs, and shaping brand ecosystems that drive business transformation and long-term stakeholder trust. Chelsea is passionate about creating enduring platforms that position Hong Kong as a global destination for excellence, engagement, and innovation. She is a strong advocate for purpose-led partnerships and cross-sector collaboration. An adjunct professor and published author, Chelsea is also a regular guest speaker at corporate real estate, marketing, and leadership conferences. She serves as Co-Head of the Urban Land Institute’s Women in Leadership Initiative in Hong Kong, is a former Co-Chair of the American Chamber of Commerce’s Women of Influence (WOI) Committee where she was recently a finalist for the Champion for Women category at the WOI Awards, and sits on the boards of several organizations including the Resolve Foundation, TALK Hong Kong, APREA, and GREEN Hospitality, as well as advisory boards for the ReThink Foundation and The MarTech Summit.
