Abstract Title

Krunal Panchal is an experienced technology professional with over 14 years of work in software engineering, product development, and artificial intelligence. He has led cross-functional teams on projects involving AI, machine learning, and data-driven solutions across both public and private sectors.  Krunal holds two master’s degrees — one in Computer Science and another in Information Systems Engineering. He also completed a Nano-degree in Self-Driving Car Engineering from Udacity and earned a professional certificate in No-Code AI and Machine Learning from MIT.    Reference: Smarter Mobility: AI and Data Science Driving the Future of Autonomous Cars Artificial intelligence and data science are transforming the way cars drive and how people move in cities. Self-driving cars use massive amounts of data from sensors, cameras, and connected systems to learn from experience and make real-time driving choices.  This presentation explores how AI models are trained to detect roads, pedestrians, and vehicles, and how data science improves route planning, safety, and energy efficiency. It also highlights how connected vehicles share information with each other and with smart city infrastructure to reduce traffic and prevent accidents.  By the end of the session, participants will understand how AI and data science are building a new era of smarter, safer, and more efficient mobility for everyone.
