The importance of this study is highlighted by the increasing need to utilize AI technologies in various fields of education and healthcare, particularly in improving the quality of care and enhancing institutional effectiveness in educational and medical institutions. The study adopted an interdisciplinary approach as its analytical framework, enabling a comprehensive interpretation and extrapolation of the content of previous research, as well as exploring avenues for knowledge integration that can contribute to enriching the research environment in Arab universities. This study is distinguished by its use of the interdisciplinary approach to analyze the obstacles and factors that may affect the activation of interdisciplinary research, with a focus on the institutional and educational contexts that determine the opportunities for applying this type of research.
