Prof. Mihail Lucian Birsa is a Professor of Organic Chemistry at the Faculty of Chemistry, "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University of Iasi, Romania, where he also serves as Head of the Chemistry Department. He earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry in 2000 and completed his habilitation in 2015 at the same university.
