Dr. Sara A. Helal is a Specialist Psychiatrist with over a decade of clinical experience in general adult psychiatry, addiction psychiatry, and sports psychiatry. She currently serves as a Specialty Doctor in General Adult Psychiatry at Hampshire & Isle of Wight NHS Trust, United Kingdom, where she provides inpatient care in psychiatric intensive care and acute wards. Dr. Helal has extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, psychotherapy, addiction treatment, and multidisciplinary patient care. Throughout her career, she has held leadership and specialist roles in Egypt and the UK, including serving as Director and Specialist Psychiatrist at The Mental Health Clinic in Cairo. She has also worked as a Sports and Performance Enhancement Therapist, delivering specialized mental health support to athletes and corporate employees across the Middle East. She earned her MB.B.Ch., M.Sc. in Neuropsychiatry, and completed the first part of her Doctoral Degree in Psychiatry at Ain Shams University, Egypt.
