Tran Thi Bach Thao currently holds a position at Hue University. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Economics, Hue University. Her research focuses on aquaculture development and aquatic animal health. She has co-authored studies on shrimp immune response and local fish breeding, published in Vietnamese journals, and presented her work at conferences in Vietnam. She continues to pursue research that supports sustainable aquaculture in Vietnam.
