Honorarium
Honorariums will be provided to distinguished keynote and invited speakers who secure a minimum of 5 paid registrations from colleagues, students, or networks. Honorarium value depends on registrations facilitated.

Accommodation & Travel
Accommodation assistance is available only for registered speakers; partner hotels in Ho Chi Minh City can be booked upon confirmation.

Travel expenses are not covered; participants should plan their travel arrangements in advance.

Registration Fee & Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable.

Transfers: You may transfer registration to a colleague or convert to a virtual presentation if you cannot attend in person.
Fees can also be applied toward publication in conference proceedings or future events.
