Abstract Title

AI-Driven Observability for Hybrid Cloud SAP Landscapes Using Intelligent Self-Healing Systems.   As enterprises modernize their core business platforms, hybrid cloud SAP landscapes have become increasingly complex, distributed, and dynamic. Traditional monitoring approaches, built on static thresholds and isolated system views, are no longer sufficient to manage these environments effectively. Such tools react only after performance degradation has already affected business operations, while simultaneously overwhelming administrators with excessive alerts that obscure root causes rather than clarify them. This session introduces a shift from conventional monitoring to AI-driven observability, emphasizing an integrated view of system behavior across on-premise and cloud ecosystems. By unifying logs, metrics, and traces from SAP HANA, cloud infrastructure, and business technology platforms into a centralized telemetry foundation, organizations can gain contextual awareness of system health. This holistic ingestion strategy enables Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations to move beyond surface-level alerts toward meaningful behavioral understanding. The presentation further explores the concept of a Neural Digital Twin for SAP landscapes, designed to model system behavior continuously and adaptively. Unlike static dashboards, this approach learns dynamic operational baselines, recognizing when system patterns are expected and when they signal emerging risk. By correlating infrastructure metrics, application performance, and recent changes such as transports or configuration updates, the Digital Twin enables proactive anomaly detection and informed decision-making. To enhance accessibility and operational efficiency, the architecture integrates conversational AI interfaces, allowing teams to investigate issues through natural language interactions rather than manual log analysis. This transformation redefines IT operations from reactive firefighting to predictive, insight-driven management. Attendees will gain a clear understanding of how AI-powered observability can reduce operational noise, improve resilience, and enable self-healing capabilities within complex hybrid cloud SAP environments.
