Abstract Title

Sustainable AI: Green Computing in the Cloud-Native Era As Artificial Intelligence continues to revolutionise global industries, its environmental footprint has become an inescapable concern. The computational intensity required to train and deploy modern Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning architectures has led to a surge in energy consumption and carbon emissions. This keynote addresses the critical intersection of Artificial Intelligence and Environmental Sustainability, exploring how "Green Computing" principles can be integrated into the modern Cloud-Native ecosystem. We will examine the shift from "performance-at-all-costs" to "efficiency-by-design," focusing on: Algorithmic Efficiency, Cloud-Native Optimisation, Hardware-Software Synergy, and Circular Economy in Tech By harmonizing sustainable practices with cloud-native innovation, we can ensure that the AI era is defined not just by its intelligence, but by its responsibility toward a greener future
