Neeraj Kumar Singh Beshane
Plenary Speaker
Neeraj Kumar Singh Beshane is a Staff Security Infrastructure Engineer at Parafin, where he works on security infrastructure, Zero Trust, incident response, and governance for embedded-finance systems. His broader work focuses on production AI security, secure software architecture, DevSecOps, and evidence-driven controls for high-risk AI and cloud environments. He has 15+ years of engineering experience across Parafin, Meta, Wayfair, JPMorgan Chase, and American Express, and has spoken on AI security, runtime governance, and secure AI pipelines.
Title: Abstract: High-risk AI systems need more than policy documents and post-hoc audits; they need runtime evidence that critical decisions were authorized, traceable, and tamper-evident. This session presents RuntimeGuard-AI, a practical architecture for cryptographic accountability in AI pipelines. It shows how runtime receipts, hash-chained decision records, policy checks, and zero-knowledge proof patterns can help teams build auditable evidence trails for regulated AI systems without turning governance into a manual paperwork exercise. The talk is aimed at engineers, cloud architects, and AI/ML leaders who need to connect AI system design with compliance, incident response, and operational trust.
