Dr. Jarnail Singh is a Professor and Dean of the School of Computer Applications & Technology at Rayat Bahra Professional University, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India. He has over 28 years of experience in higher education and academic administration, having previously served as Professor & Research Head at Chandigarh University, Professor at Presidency University, and Principal & Professor at Laxmi Devi Institute of Engineering & Technology, Alwar. He has also held international academic positions at Jimma University, Ethiopia, and Misurata University, Libya. Dr. Singh earned his Ph.D. from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, and his M.Tech. (IT) from SHIUATS Allahabad. He is an experienced accreditation leader with expertise in NAAC, NBA, NIRF, AICTE, UGC compliance, and Outcome-Based Education (OBE). He has served as Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board Member of several peer-reviewed journals, organized numerous international conferences and FDPs, and holds multiple patents. He is a Life Member of the Rajasthan Academy of Physical Sciences and a member of the Indian Society for Technical Education
