Prof. (Dr.) Manpreet Singh Manna is a distinguished academic, researcher, and higher education administrator with over 32 years of experience in technical education, innovation, and research. He recently completed his tenure as Vice Chancellor of Chandigarh University and previously served as Director of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). He is the Founder Director of the SWAYAM MOOCs initiative and played a key role in launching the Smart India Hackathon. Dr. Manna has published over 160 research papers, holds 66 national and international patents, and has authored three books and six book chapters. His contributions to digital education, technical innovation, and educational policy have earned him numerous national and international recognition
