Abstract Title

Title: Autonomous AI-Driven Service Reliability: Integrating Foundation Models, DevSecOps, and Site Reliability Engineering for Mission-Critical Enterprise Systems - Abstract:Artificial Intelligence is redefining the future of enterprise software operations by enabling autonomous decision-making, predictive reliability engineering, and intelligent service optimization. This presentation introduces a framework that combines Foundation Models, Agentic AI, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and DevSecOps to improve the resilience, security, and operational efficiency of cloud-native enterprise systems. The session explores how AI-powered observability, intelligent incident response, automated root cause analysis, compliance-aware deployment pipelines, and self-healing infrastructure can significantly enhance operational excellence across highly regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications. Drawing upon research and practical enterprise experience, the presentation outlines architectural patterns, implementation strategies, governance considerations, and future directions for autonomous enterprise operations. The discussion also highlights the growing role of AI in enterprise software architecture and demonstrates how intelligent automation can improve service availability, reduce operational complexity, and accelerate digital transformation.
