I am a healthcare IT and business systems professional with more than 15 years of experience delivering payer-system solutions across claims, provider, enrollment, benefits, billing, authorizations, and utilization management. I  specialize in TriZetto Facets implementations, healthcare data migration, claims adjudication, HIPAA X12 EDI transactions, SQL-based reporting, and FHIR/API interoperability.
