Title: Beyond Human Identities: Governing AI Agents, Machine Identities, and Privileged Access in the Zero-Trust Enterprise - Abstract: Enterprise identity is rapidly expanding beyond employees and traditional user accounts. Cloud workloads, service accounts, APIs, automation platforms, and autonomous AI agents increasingly require access to sensitive applications, infrastructure, and data. As these non-human identities grow in scale and autonomy, traditional identity and access management approaches are becoming insufficient.This presentation explores how modern Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Zero Trust principles can be extended to govern both human and non-human identities. It examines how organizations can establish identity ownership, automate access provisioning and deprovisioning, enforce least privilege, introduce time-bound privileged access, continuously review entitlements, and maintain auditable identity lifecycles across cloud and on-premises environments.The session will also examine the emerging security challenge created by AI agents that can independently interact with enterprise systems and execute actions on behalf of users or applications. A practical governance model will be presented for controlling these identities through policy-driven access, privileged-access automation, continuous monitoring, and lifecycle governance.The objective is to demonstrate how identity security can evolve from managing user access into a unified control plane for securing humans, machines, and autonomous agents across the modern enterprise.
