Leo James Charles Immanuel is an innovative technology leader with over five years of experience in AI solutions architecture and blockchain development, currently serving as a Lead Blockchain Developer at Agira Technologies. His expertise spans delivering applications across healthcare, government, legal, and military sectors, with a strong focus on integrating AI solutions into blockchain platforms and leading cross-functional teams. He has a proven track record in product strategy, roadmap development, and managing product lifecycles from conception to launch. His technical proficiency encompasses a wide range of technologies including Python, JavaScript, Solidity, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hyperledger Fabric, and AWS, complemented by certifications in product management and blockchain from Udemy, SRM University, and AICPA. His current research, conducted under the direction of Dr. Uday K Ghosh, explores the evolution of autonomous connected AI systems, including multimodal foundation models, Agentic Operating Systems, and agent-to-agent interactions

Abstract Title

Abstract Title: The Future of Information Technology: From AI Models to Autonomous Agentic Ecosystems Abstract :  The present research outlines a research framework for exploring the evolution of autonomous connected artificial intelligence systems as well as their transformative power in terms of computing, commerce, industrial automation, and human-machine interaction. The research framework covers five distinct but complementary areas of investigation: multimodal foundation models, Agentic Operating Systems, Agentic Marketplaces, Hardware automation using agentic AI, and agent-to-agent interaction. The first research area involves exploring an OMNI model that would be able to understand and reason about the world in terms of text, images, audio, video, software, sensors, and environment. Research will focus on multimodal perception, contextual understanding, cross-modal reasoning, and general purpose task completion. The second research area concerns the notion of an Agentic Operating System. A system that enables interpreting user goals, decomposing tasks, selecting applications or tools, coordinating agents, maintaining context, and completing actions while accounting for security and permissions as well as for oversight by humans. The third research area concerns exploring an Agentic Marketplace where people and companies can find, buy, deploy and trade AI models, agents, and software services. Research will be centered on agent as a service models, various pricing schemes, trust and reputation systems, as well as on the possibility of conducting transactions using digital tokens. The fourth research area involves integrating agentic AI with hardware, i.e., robotics, industrial machinery, laboratory equipment, and smart infrastructures. Special attention will be paid to sensors to action reasoning, autonomous control, real-time decision-making, verification, and human oversight. Finally, the research will explore agent to agent interaction involving communication, cooperation, delegation, negotiations, and autonomous transactions.
