Biography

Ujjawal Nayak is a Software Development Manager and technology leader with more than 16 years of experience in cloud data engineering, distributed systems, and intelligent enterprise platforms. His expertise spans AWS, Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Spark, GenAI, observability, data governance, and resilient cloud architecture. He has authored research on AI-powered data pipelines, automated governance, cloud resilience, orchestration, and scalable data platforms and regularly contributes to the technology community through publications, peer review, and conference presentations. He is an IEEE Senior Member and focuses on engineering autonomous, trustworthy, and scalable enterprise systems.

Abstract Title

From Cloud-Native to Agentic-Native: Architecting Autonomous, Self-Healing Enterprise PlatformsCloud-native architecture transformed how enterprises build and scale software, but operating complex distributed platforms still depends heavily on human intervention. The emergence of agentic AI creates an opportunity to rethink this operating model. This keynote introduces the concept of Agentic-Native Architecture—an architectural evolution in which AI agents become an integral part of the operational and intelligence layers of enterprise platforms. Rather than simply generating recommendations, agentic systems can observe infrastructure and data workloads, reason over telemetry and operational context, plan corrective actions, execute within defined boundaries, verify outcomes, and continuously improve. Using the autonomous operational loop Observe → Diagnose → Plan → Act → Verify → Learn, the session will explore practical architectural patterns for self-healing data pipelines, automated root-cause analysis, intelligent incident remediation, cloud optimization, and resilient distributed systems. It will also address the governance required for safe enterprise autonomy, including policy-driven authorization, least-privilege access, human approval boundaries, observability, auditability, and rollback mechanisms.
