Abstract Title

Title: Scalable GitOps Models for Multi-Cloud Infrastructure as Code Deployment

Abstract:
As enterprises adopt multi-cloud strategies to gain agility, avoid vendor lock-in, and meet regulatory demands, managing infrastructure reliably across heterogeneous environments becomes a growing operational challenge. This talk presents GitOps — using Git as the single source of truth for declarative infrastructure — as a scalable model for managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) across multi-cloud deployments.

The session walks through the architectural patterns, toolchains, and workflows that support secure, auditable, automated infrastructure operations, including a comparative look at leading GitOps tools like ArgoCD and Flux and how they handle cross-cloud configuration and reconciliation. It also covers practical strategies for repository structuring, IaC modularization, policy-as-code integration, and dynamic secrets management at enterprise scale.

Attendees will leave with a reference architecture for addressing scalability, compliance, and resilience in multi-cloud GitOps workflows, along with a clear view of how GitOps enables continuous delivery and governance across complex cloud-native ecosystems.
