Dr. Ossama H. Embarak is an Associate Professor of Computer Information Science at the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT), United Arab Emirates. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer and Information Science, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Mining, from Heriot-Watt University, UK. With more than 15 years of academic and research experience, his work focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Explainable AI (XAI), Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Educational Technology, and intelligent systems. He has contributed to research projects involving AI-driven student analytics, predictive modeling, privacy-preserving intelligent systems, and data-driven decision-making

Dr. Embarak has published research in international journals and conferences and has received research grants and academic awards for applied AI and smart learning initiatives. He is actively involved in curriculum development, accreditation, postgraduate and undergraduate education, and the development of innovative AI and Data Science programs.”
