Muhammad Aamir is an Associate Professor at the College of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence, Huanggang Normal University, China. His research focuses on deep learning, medical image analysis, and computer-aided diagnosis, with particular emphasis on brain tumor classification using MRI imagery. He has authored and co-authored numerous peer-reviewed publications in leading journals and venues, including IEEE Access, Scientific Reports, Biomedical Signal Processing and Control, Computers and Electrical Engineering, and the Journal of Cloud Computing, as well as IEEE conference proceedings. His work spans the evolution of deep learning architectures from convolutional neural networks to Transformer-based models, automated diagnostic frameworks for MRI-based tumor classification, and applications of machine learning and data fusion in healthcare, including lung cancer diagnosis and mobile edge computing.
