Sivaranjani Manickam is a Malaysian human rights and labour rights practitioner with over 24 years of experience working with refugee communities, marginalized workers, and civil society organizations. She currently serves as Director of Operations at Asylum Access Malaysia (AAM), where she leads refugee rights initiatives, program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and organizational development. She has previously worked with UNHCR and several advocacy networks, contributing extensively to labour rights, migrant rights, and community empowerment initiatives. Sivaranjani has also held leadership roles in national workers’ and social justice organizations in Malaysia
