Biography

Miss Suraiya Sultana is a recent graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Varendra University, Bangladesh, with a CGPA of 3.89/4.00. Her research interests include smart grids, microgrids, power systems, microstrip antenna design, IoT, cybersecurity in power systems, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. She has co-authored several research papers presented at prestigious IEEE international conferences, covering topics such as wireless communication, smart grids, power system cybersecurity, metamaterials, and AI-driven engineering applications. Her project "KrishiBondhu", a portable smart soil testing and fertilizer recommendation device, demonstrates her commitment to developing innovative technologies for sustainable agriculture. Suraiya has completed industrial training at the Institute of Nuclear Medicine & Allied Sciences (INMAS) and an industrial attachment at Runner Automobiles PLC. Beyond academics, she actively contributed to the Varendra University E-Club as a member of the Media Management and Promotional Committee. She is passionate about advancing research and developing intelligent engineering solutions that address real-world challenges in energy, communication, and sustainable technology.
