Session Speaker
Dr. Igor E. Bulyzhenkov (ORCID: 0000-0003-3835-0973) is a condensed matter theorist who develops the nonlocal geometrodynamics of massive fields with correlated Shannon information in holistic self-organizing systems with specifically dilated causal times. Igor won the 4th International Physics Olympiad in 1970, graduated with distinction from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology in 1976, received a PhD in theoretical physics from the Landau Institute in 1979, was certified as a Senior Researcher at the USSR Academy of Sciences in 1989, and became a high-tech expert of the Russian Federal Registry. Until 2011, Bulyzhenkov, as a diplomat, contributed to the draft roadmap for the possible integration of Russia into the EU's FP7 in order to create a common research and education space from Lisbon to Vladivostok. He lectured on physics at the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology, Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, University of Ottawa and Carleton University in Canada. In courses on GR, QM and CED, he compared monistic and dualistic approaches and published a monist tutorial on "Pure field electrodynamics of continuous complex charges" for MIPT students. Bulyzhenkov proposed using Shannon information as the primary monistic tool for 3D materializing of causal-time + space geometries in the Euclidean field "Being", and then using pair interactions as a secondary dualistic tool for dissipative evolution toward the "Becoming" of monistic mass-energy-information fields.
Taoist inertia and self-gravity of massive fields in the causal-time mechanics of Russian Cosmism In Newton-Einstein dualistic mechanics, fundamental masses interact through a geometrical, massless field in the void. Russian Cosmism claims the all-unity of cosmo-planetary citizens and overlapping field masses with different degrees of sensitivity in the monistic universe of Umov, Tsiolkovsky, Vernadsky and Kaznacheev. The Russian ideal-realist philosophy culminates quantitatively in causal-time mechanics and time-space geometries for holistic objects, with the Machian relativity of correlated mass densities [1]. Primary information projects order immaterial time intervals in 4D time-space geometries to causally create 4-vector stresses and scalar densities of emergent masses on a shared Euclidean 3D screen for secondary realizations of Machian non-local matter and consciousness complexes. Shannon logarithmic entropy continuously built into the equilibrium self-organization of emergent field masses reveals Taoistic balance in energy integrals of the rest inertial field and its negative self-gravitating binds. Caused by the immaterial time dimension, the non-dual distribution of massive fields in three material dimensions complies with Russian Cosmism's universal rules, as the secondary variable qi complies with the cosmic principle (li) in Neo-Confucian metaphysics. Contrary to NASA's interpretation of the main relativistic probes through curved space, the Euclidean interval is fixed in the 4-vector self-gravity of material space with elastic geometrodynamics and auto-oscillations of variable mass densities instead of their radial collapse [2]. The causal nature of the chronospace "time river" in the non-local creation of secondary mass, energy, momentum and angular momentum was suggested by Vernadsky and Kosyrev, and other cosmists, to be justified through targeted experimental studies [3]. It is worth discussing time nature studies in modern laboratory infrastructure and at astronomical observatories.
