His research focuses on the mechanical characteristics and failure evolution mechanism of fusion functional pebble materials, adopting discrete element numerical simulation method to carry out systematic theoretical and numerical research. He has long been committed to the performance optimization, safety evaluation and engineering application of advanced nuclear and fusion energy materials, aiming to promote the technological innovation and practical engineering promotion of advanced fusion energy and reactor engineering technologies.
