Dr. Sahbanathul Missiriya Jalal, PhD (Nursing), RN, RM is an Associate Professor in the Department of Nursing, College of Applied Medical Sciences, King Faisal University, Saudi Arabia. With over 25 years of experience in nursing education, clinical practice, research, and academic leadership, she has made significant contributions to undergraduate and postgraduate nursing education, curriculum development, quality assurance, and accreditation initiatives.
Dr. Jalal holds a PhD in Nursing from Saveetha University, India, and has extensive expertise in nursing education, public health, maternal and child health, health informatics, and artificial intelligence in healthcare. She serves as Chair of the Quality Assurance Committee, ACEN Peer Evaluator, research mentor, PhD thesis evaluator, and editorial board member for several international journals. An accomplished researcher, she has published more than 50 scholarly articles in international indexed journals, secured multiple funded research grants, and received numerous prestigious awards, including the Best Researcher Award, Distinguished Faculty Award, and Asian Best Teacher Award. Her research focuses on healthcare quality, nursing practice, public health, chronic disease management, and innovative healthcare technologies. Dr. Jalal is actively involved in community engagement, professional development, and international academic collaborations, continuing to advance excellence in nursing education, research, and healthcare practice.
